Kimi

Kimi

Kimi’s passion for dance and acro began at a young age, training in both Colorado and California while also competing as a Level 7 gymnast. Her strong foundation in both disciplines helped shape her dynamic approach to movement, technique, and performance.

Kimi spent four years on Legacy High School’s Varsity Poms Team, serving as captain during her junior and senior years and helping lead the team to finals placements at both state and national competitions.

While attending CU Boulder, Kimi performed professionally as a Denver Nuggets Dancer for three seasons, including the organization's 2023 NBA Championship season. Since graduating and retiring from the team in 2024, she has been passionate about sharing her knowledge and experience with the next generation of dancers.

Kimi is dedicated to helping students build strength, confidence, and fearlessness in their acro training while creating a positive and supportive environment where dancers can continue to grow and reach their full potential.

In addition to my dance background, I have experience in strength and conditioning coaching, which has reinforced the importance of building strong, healthy, and resilient dancers. My goal is to create a positive and encouraging environment where every dancer feels supported, challenged, and inspired to reach their full potential.

Isabella

My dance journey began in the competitive studio setting and continued as a member of the University of Utah Dance Team. Those experiences helped shape my appreciation for the discipline, confidence, and lifelong friendships that dance can provide.

Today, I support Absolute Velocity behind the scenes alongside my sister, Ana Fanelli, the studio's owner, while continuing to connect with and encourage our students and families. Outside of the studio, I work in recruiting for Wealth Strategies and enjoy spending time with my family.

I am passionate about helping children build confidence, express themselves, and develop a lifelong love of dance. I believe the studio is a place where students can grow, learn, and discover what makes them unique, and I feel fortunate to be part of that journey.
